A small man with a big chip on his shoulders about his height.  He was the chief investigator assigned to probe the disappearance of the [[uss_los_angeles|U.S.S. Los Angeles]].  Extensively questioned [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]], [[traicho_yaroslav|Traicho]] and [[elena_sobieski|Elena]] about the incident.
