====== "El Reyo" ======

Fat Spanish criminal overlord who always dresses in a white suit and hat.  He seems to like [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]] quite a bit.  He invited [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]] to dine with him at [[rey_del_mar|El Rey de Mar]].  Later accompanied [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]], [[traicho_yaroslav|Traicho]], [[elena_sobieski|Elena]] and [[peter_grainger|Mr. Grainger]] through the streets of [[panama_city_panama|Panama City]] to retrieve a special item.  He spoke to a member of the [[double_jota_gang|Double Jota]] gang for the group and waited outside the [[Compania de Jesus]] with [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]].

He's known to speak English with a Spanish accent and Spanish.

While battling [[ninjas|ninjas]] at the [[Compania de Jesus]], his legs was severely injured and he had to spend a few months in the [[hospital_2|hospital]] recovering.  Even now, he mostly uses a wheelchair to get around, though he is able to use crutches if he must.  

His long illness has not dampened his enthusiasm for drink or his love of life.
