The recipient's prosthetic arm ends in a tool instead of a hand.

**Benefit:** The recipient has a tool or tool kit (or other piece of equipment) of his size category or smaller attached to a prosthetic arm. Attempts to disarm the recipient of the attached tool automatically fail, though the tool can still be attacked (like any other weapon) in an attempt to destroy it.

**Type:** External.

**Location:** One arm.

**Hardness/Hit Points:** 10/5 (mount only).

**Base Purchase DC:** 14 (not including the cost of the equipment).

**Restriction:** None.
