[[karlov|Father Karlov's]] brother who was transferred to [[panama_city_panama|Panama City, Panama]].  He resides at [[Santa Maria del Mar]]'s rectory.

He heard [[traicho_yaroslav|Traicho's]] confession and urged him to reflect on what he had done and how it would affect other people in the world.

He aided [[traicho_yaroslav|Traicho]] in being able to stay at the [[Santa Maria del Mar|church's]] rectory while his companion [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]] was getting better in the [[hospital_2|hospital]].

[[traicho_yaroslav|Traicho]] gave him the [[Helium Seeds]] for safekeeping before he left for [[Antarctica]].
