The nausea wand employs short-range sub-sonic waves to cause a systemic reaction in the target's body, producing sudden, devastating nausea. The wielder makes a melee touch attack to trigger the effect. Targets who fail a DC 15 Fortitude save are nauseated for 1d4+1 rounds.
