You can psionically assault another creature’s mind.

**Requirements:** Requires the [[telepathy_feat|Telepathy]] feat

**Check:** You can affect any creature in your line of sight or mental contact. Your Psionic Blast rank sets the damage dealt by the attack: 1d6, plus 1d6 per 5 full skill ranks. The target makes a Will saving throw. Success halves the damage. Damage reduction does not protect against this attack.

**Time:** Psionic Blast is a standard action.

**Strain:** 4.
