====== Quicken Talent (Feat) ======
You can use psionic skills more quickly than normal.

Prerequisites: [[psionic_ability_feat|Psionic Ability]], Wis 15+.

Benefit: Once per round, you can use a psionic skill that normally requires a full-round action as a standard action, or a skill that normally requires a standard action as a move action.

Strain: The quickened skill costs double the normal amount of strain (or 1 if the normal strain is 0).
