William Keene is the owner of [[Keene Shipping]]. Anyone who wants something into or out of the country without customs looking too closely knows Mr. Keene.

He was reported missing from a cargo ship, the [[Aurora]], in the spring of 1925.  He was later rescued from the [[cove_near_black_storm_bay|cove near Black Storm Bay]] by [[traicho_yaroslav|Traicho]], [[evgeny_ivanovich|Evgeny]], and [[elena_sobieski|Elena]].
