All Psionic Skills are Cross-Class Skills for a Wild Talent.
Note that psionic feats do not determine whether psionic skills are class skills, only whether a character can buy the skills at all. Mindwalkers and many psionic advanced and prestige classes have psionic skills as class skills while other characters must acquire them as cross-class skills.
