The recipient has a subcutaneous piece of equipment or an equipment kit embedded in his body, usually in a prosthetic forearm or hand. The tool extends from the prosthetic and is visible when in use. Often a tool kit is designed so that each finger of a hand is a different tool.
Benefit: Attempts to disarm the recipient of the equipment automatically fail, and the equipment cannot be attacked unless it is extended. Extending or retracting the equipment is a free action.
Spotting a piece of subcutaneous equipment requires a Spot check opposed by the recipient’s Sleight of Hand check. The tool’s size modifier applies.
