+He later appeared outside the [[oriental house]] (which is underneath [[panama_city_chinatown|Panama City's Chinatown]]) just before Evgeny and Traicho were attacked by 20 [[ninjas]].  He was joined in that appearance by a [[yellow_mist_thug|Sky Brigade soldier that had previously dissolved into yellow mist]] and a [[mysterious_bearded_man_with_glasses|mysterious bearded man with glasses]] who was last seen in [[hollywood|Hollywood]].  He retreated into the [[oriental_house|house]] just before the [[ninjas]] attacked.
