Dermal skinweave consists of carbonate micro-fibers (CF) that strengthen and reinforce the recipient's skin, providing a tougher dermal layer against cutting weapons. Benefit: The recipient of dermal weave gains DR 3/- versus slashing attacks. Type: Internal. Location: One torso Hardness/Hit Points: -/varies. Dermal weave has one-quarter the maximum hit points of the recipient. Base Purchase DC: 20. Restriction: Lic. (+ 1).
