EXTERNAL TOOL MOUNT (PL 6)
The recipient's prosthetic arm ends in a tool instead of a hand. Benefit: The recipient has a tool or tool kit (or other piece of equipment) of his size category or smaller attached to a prosthetic arm. Attempts to disarm the recipient of the attached tool automatically fail, though the tool can still be attacked (like any other weapon) in an attempt to destroy it. Type: External. Location: One arm. Hardness/Hit Points: 10/5 (mount only). Base Purchase DC: 14 (not including the cost of the equipment). Restriction: None.
