You can incapacitate foes with a viselike pinch. Prerequisites: Combat Martial Arts (Feat), base attack bonus +4 Benefit: Before attacking, you may choose to spend an action point to use this ability. If you make a successful unarmed attack against a living creature, you may choose to forego damage in order to perform a Nerve Pinch. The target must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + half your character level + your Strength modifier) or be paralyzed for 1d4+1 rounds.
