You can construct cybernetic attachments.

Prerequisites: Craft (Electronic) 10 ranks, Craft (Mechanical) 10 ranks, Knowledge (Life Sciences) 5 ranks.

Benefits: You can build any of the cybernetic attachments described elsewhere. You must first make a Wealth check against the purchase DC of the attachment minus 1 (to acquire the necessary components), then invest 24 hours of labor in its construction. At the end of that time, you must succeed at a Craft (electrical) check (DC 30) and a Craft (mechanical) check (DC 30).

If both checks succeed, the cybernetic attachment functions perfectly and may be installed on a recipient. If either or both checks fail, you must spend another 24 hours working on the attachment, at which time both checks must be made again.

Special: When determining the purchase DC for parts, restriction level of the component does not matter.

This feat does not allow you to build attachments beyond your tech level.
