The inky-black smoke obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. In still conditions, the cloud persists for 10 rounds. This ability even works underwater, but a moderate wind or current disperses the cloud in 4 rounds, and a strong wind or current disperses it in 1 round.
