William Keene is the owner of Keene Shipping. Anyone who wants something into or out of the country without customs looking too closely knows Mr. Keene.

He was reported missing from a cargo ship, the Aurora, in the spring of 1925. He was later rescued from the cove near Black Storm Bay by Traicho, Evgeny, and Elena.
