Facets

Inspired characters exhibit three distinct areas in which they soar above the human norm: spontinatity, contemplation and destruction. These are represented in the Inspiration traits three facets: Intuitive, Reflective and Destructive. Each facet is rated on a scale of one to five points and gives the character a particular set of bonuses in certain situations. The manner in which the character's inspiration is distributed among the facets also reflects the way he is most likely to operate in a crisis. Facets are secondary functions of the primary inspiration trait. They do not have temporary pools, only permanent ratings.

During the final stage of character creation, you allocate a number of points equal to the character's permanent Inspiration among the three facets. By definition, a character's total inspiration facets are always equal to his permanent inspiration trait. Every time the character gains a point of permanent inspiration, you add a point to the facet of your choice. If through some mischance the character looses a point of inspiration, he also loses a point in his highest facet.
